Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. However, if there is a manufacturing fault in the item, we kindly request that you contact us ([email protected] ) immediately within 2-3 days after receiving the product in order to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. Please note that certain goods are exempt from being returned, including customized products such as custom-printed T-shirts and mugs unless there is a manufacturing fault or damage due to delivery. Additionally, intimate or sanitary goods cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with photographs as evidence. Please send your complaint to us using your preferred method, including images of proof (Click Here to contact us).
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (applicable to non-customized products only):
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items that are returned more than 2-3 days after receiving the product
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt and provide an update on the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we recommend checking your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay before the refund is officially posted. If needed, please also reach out to your bank, as they may have their own processing timeframes.

Sale items:
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at [email protected] and follow our instructions to return the item to the manufacturer or seller.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
